  4. Smoother experience when things go wrong

    • If a page fails to load, participants and staff now see a clear “try again” screen instead of a blank or technical error page.
    • Missing pages (broken links) show a simple not-found message with ways back to the home or participant area.
    • Quiz submissions give clearer feedback if something doesn’t save, so it is easier to know whether to try again.
    • Progress after passing a quiz is recorded more consistently, so module completion is less likely to get stuck out of sync.
    • Late reflection notifications to programme teams are more dependable when a participant submits after the deadline.
  5. Update legal document terminology for clarity and consistency.…

    • Update legal document terminology for clarity and consistency. Replace "Institutional customers" with "Programme organisations" to better reflect the intended audience.
  6. Reflection reminders and clearer quizzes

    • Programme teams can choose how reflection reminder emails work — for example when a reflection opens, before the deadline, and if it is overdue.
    • Participants receive timely reflection prompts so they are less likely to miss a deadline.
    • Quiz options for participants load and display more reliably through each module.
    • On a participant’s admin profile, quiz attempt history is simpler and more accurate.
  7. Course materials package

    • Programme reference documents for the pilot course were added to the project for programme teams and authors.
  8. Guided reflections for participants and staff

    • Participants can open, draft, and submit written reflections tied to their programme timeline.
    • Programme leaders can create and manage reflection assignments, including deadlines and prompts.
    • Reflection status is visible so both participants and staff can see what is open, submitted, or late.
  9. Profiles, travel details, and flexible questions

    • Participants complete a fuller profile (personal, passport, emergency, and health notes) before finishing final sign-off.
    • Final readiness (Section 7) collects arrival and departure travel plans in a clearer structured form.
    • Wellbeing check-ins are available so participants can report how they are doing during the programme.
    • Programme teams can add custom questions for a cohort when they need extra information beyond the standard forms.
  10. Mobile app feel, practice quizzes, and content tools

    • Participants who have already passed a quiz can retake it for practice without losing their pass.
    • Certificates and printed pages use clearer wording and more reliable dates.
    • Programme leaders can search and export richer participant information (including dietary notes, medical notes, and completed forms) when preparing a programme.
    • Lessons can include embedded video alongside reading content.
    • Staff have a dedicated Content area to edit modules and lessons for their programme.
  11. Withdrawals and clearer admin lists

    • Participants who leave a programme can be marked as withdrawn, with space for a reason.
    • Withdrawn people no longer clutter readiness reports, wellbeing overviews, or reflection lists by default.
    • The main admin overview shows how many participants are withdrawn.
    • Staff can search reflection overviews by participant name or email.
  12. Participant withdrawal workflow

    • Programme teams can withdraw or reinstate a participant from their detail page, with a clear confirmation step.
